Facilitator

We have a role available as a Facilitator.

What you will do:

  • Work with people with disabilities and their whānau to capture a person’s current life situation, to identify desired future outcomes, and enable access to information, resources and services in their community.

What we need from you:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact productively and positively with a variety of people from diverse backgrounds.  You'll be able to quickly understand and respond to their needs.
  • Sound computer skills particularly with databases and the Microsoft Office Suite. You’ll need an eye for detail to ensure accurate data entry and the ability to quickly learn new technology.
  • The ability to work remotely, including having a reliable fibre internet connection and a private space.
  • An awareness of health and disability community agencies and organisations.
  • The ability to recognise and understand the principles and practice of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and the implications for LifeLinks services.
  • A current Driver's Licence.

This is a full time role, working 40 hours a week, remotely, Monday to Friday, with a salary of $65000 p.a.
