The Office Support role provides high-quality administrative and reception support, contributing to the smooth running of the office and assisting the Management Team as needed. This role plays a key part in ensuring day-to-day operations are efficient and professional.
What we need from you:
Previous experience in an admin/reception role.
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills, particularly over the phone with a clear, and articulate phone manner. You'll need to be confident on the phone to be able to make outbound calls to people we support.
Great computer skills particularly with the Microsoft Office Suite. An eye for detail to ensure accurate data entry. The ability to quickly learn new technology.
The ability to interact productively and positively, with a variety of people, both internally and externally, and quickly understand, analyse and respond to their needs.
An awareness of health and disability community agencies and organisations.
You can recognise and understand the principles and practice of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and the implications for LifeLinks services.

This is a 40 hour a week role. It is office based - we have a lovely office in Sydenham, with car parking, and sometimes you might find your colleague for the day is a friendly dog (or two). For your 40 hours a week, the salary will be $55k a year. You can find a job description HERE
